If you connected a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account to a service operated by AlbTech Solutions Group SHPK, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how, and it is where Meta sends you after you request deletion from your Facebook settings.
Open Facebook, go to Settings and Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Select the AlbTech app and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us automatically and shows you a confirmation code. We act on that notice without you needing to do anything else.
Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, with the subject Data Deletion Request. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you before we act.
We delete the profile identifiers, contact details, message content and usage records tied to your account across our systems, including any copies held by the services that process data on our behalf. We complete this within 30 days of a verified request and confirm by email once it is done.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records, and we keep those in a form that is not used to contact you or to profile you.
