The AI Assessment
Everyone is being sold AI. Almost nobody is being shown where it actually saves them money. The Assessment answers that in two weeks, with one automation already running.
20 assessments delivered. Over 200 businesses in two years.
Most AI spending starts with a tool somebody read about, not with the process that costs the most. That is how budgets disappear without a number to show for them.
Some of them are already automating quotes, calls and orders. Being second is survivable. Being second and buying the wrong thing is not.
Ask an AI company what you will save and most describe a capability. The Assessment gives you a figure per process, with the assumptions written down.
We sit with your team and follow the work: where requests arrive, who retypes what, what waits on one person. We rank every opportunity by money, not by how modern it sounds.
Not a slide about what could be built. The single process closest to your money, working, in your business, with your data.
You keep the map, the automation and a costed plan. If you build with us, the Assessment fee comes off the first build. If you do not, you still keep all three.
Give us your website and we will send a report estimating where AI saves you money, in euros per month, with a payback period. It takes about a minute and costs nothing.
It is an estimate made from the outside, because that is all a website can tell us. The AI Assessment goes inside and checks whether the number is real. That is the whole difference between the two.
We are not consultants who read about this. An AI agent taking orders over WhatsApp straight into an ERP. A manufacturer taken completely off paper, orders through production to delivery. Fifteen thousand AI outbound calls. A store where a photo becomes a listing and the stock updates itself.
Two weeks. One working automation. A number you can hold us to.
